COVID-19
Due to the pandemic I ask that if you feel ill to please reschedule your appointment.
If you come in and are showing any signs of a cold, I will have to reschedule your appointment. Also, if you feel that you have been around someone who tested positive for COVID or is showing symptoms. I kindly ask you to cancel your appointment. I will do everything to make sure that you are coming into a clean and healthy environment. At this time I will also make it mandatory for all clients to wear a mask during your appointment, and please wait in your car until you receive a text/call from me letting you know to come in. This will give me the opportunity to properly sanitize the room prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are very important. I hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with a 24- hour notice.  This way, I will be able to adjust my schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate other clients on my waiting list. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged on late cancellations, and no shows. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency.

LATENESS
Sometimes being late is unavoidable- I will always do everything possible to accommodate you. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

GRATUITIES
Kindly accepted only in cash or via Venmo. I appreciate it.

All major credit cards are accepted
